How To Fix Bricked Infinix Zero X506

After much complain from member I have decided to make a post on how to fix bricked mtk devices and in this very post Infinix Zero will be the case study.
Its technical to fix bricked android in certain cases but you need to do the following first before we continue the tutorial.

• Download Sp Flash Tool /23.4MB
• Download PdaNet /4.7MB
• Download Infinix Stock Rom file /658.03MB
• Skip the advert, password for Infinix stock files is www.sanxynet.com
• Good USB cable
• Laptop

Install the PdaNet driver and when ask to plug your device to your PC with uab cable do so to complete installation of all drivers or click here to see how to install USB vcon driver.

After successful installation of drivers, disable your Antivirus and any USB scanner on your PC.

==> Extract the downloaded Infinix stock Rom File to your desktop. 

==> Copy your Sp flash tool folder to your desktop.

How To Fix Hard Brick Of Infinix Zero

Hard brick simply means your mtk android device is not powering up at all nor is it charging when plugged to DC.

• Run Sp flash tool as administrator
  
• Load your scatter files from your desktop
  
• Make sure all files are selected as shown in the picture below
• Click on RECOVERY under location
  
• Navigate to your desktop folder Infinix stock files
• Select the Infinix-X506_141204_recovery_150112...
  
• Click on download
  
• Plug your USB to your PC at one end and plug the other end to your mtk device while holding the volume down key and release the volume down key immediately you see a red bar below in the SP Flash Tool software opened. 

Note: sometimes you may not press the volume down and Sp flash tool will detect your PC.

• For other mtk devices you need to download your phone stock ROM from XDA forum to follow this procedure. Don't use the above stock ROM if your phone is not Infinix Zero X506.
• You should see OK button when the above process is completed.
• Now remove your cable from your phone and power on your device.
• Congrats you have successfully fixed your mtk device if your device boot up without any issue.

Note: The above procedure is for mtk device that there phone battery is inbuilt. If your phone battery is removable, before you plug in the USB cable remove your mtk battery and plug in the cable the put the battery back in the phone with the USB cable still plugged to the phone at one end and the other end is plugged to the PC.

How To Fix Soft Brick On Infinix Zero

Soft brick is when your mtk device is stucked on the Infinix boot logo.

• Repeat the above procedure but after selecting the scatter file untick other things and tick only the boot and recovery section.
  
• Click download and plug your mtk device in download mode
• Click on download wait to till you see OK button

How To Fix Invalid Or Null Imei On Infinix Zero X506

• Run SP Flash Tool as administrator 
• Load the above Scatter file
• Select only the SECRO 
  
• Click download 
  
• Plug in your phone in download mode
• Wait for the OK button

Among all the above method to fix a bricked infinix zero, its only fixing the hard brick that take time say 5-10minutes maximum. Other method should not take more than a minute or two, if it's taking more than the specified time above restart the process again.
