Blackberry OS 10.3.1 upgrade has been available since February 2015
thou many can't upgrade to the new operating system (OS) maybe because
he/she is scared of doing it without the help of an Engineer.
Some are scared so that to upgrade over the air (OTA) due to fear of lossing
power supply along the upgrade which could become a problem during installation.
Today i will give you a software and tell you the way which you can upgrade
with the fear of having any issue with your blackberry 10 device.
This method enables you to use PC to upgrade your blackberry 10 device to
the latest version with rest of mind that your device won't get damaged.
Note: Back up your device before starting this procedure to be on d safer end.
The process below is safe and file download termination is minimal.
==> Download Sachesi for Windows or Mac (version v2.0.0 RC)
==> Click Skip Ad and download
==> Extract Sachesi to your Pc Desktop
==> Make sure that you have installed BlackBerry 10 drivers on your pc
==> Connect your device to your Pc with your USB Cable
==> Launch Sachesi.exe for windows user
==> Select the Search Tab
==> Search for available OS updates by other carriers. Enter your country and
carrier codes under "Whitelist Settings" section
==> For better performance use 510 / 010 and select the device you want to
upgrade
==> Press the Search Button. At this point you will see all available OS version
at the right hand side of the screen. If you see the correct version, simply
continue to the next step.
Otherwise, verify the country/carrier codes match the image used in this
tutorial post
==> Select Download and wait for the download to finish
==> Once the download is complete, navigate to the Install Tab
==> Click on Install Folder
==> Navigate to the Sachesi folder on your desktop, select the folder with
the updates numbers.
==> Installation will begin after selecting the folder above
==> Relax for the new version to be installed on your device (This can take upto
an hour. Do not use the phone during this period)
==> Once installation is successful, your device will reboot.
==> Switch on your device data or WiFi and update the last step with involves 4MB going to Settings then Software Updates and click update.

ReplyDeleteYou need to check and be sure the update is available on your bb10 before proceeding with the above method and make sure you have selected the right things as done above
